Week one: Birthday project

This week's craft project has been making magic wands as party favors for my son's third birthday party. I wanted to give party favors but I am not a fan of plastic crap, so I opted for sew sun, moon, and star wands and plan to have the kids make crowns at the party.

In all, I made several dozen wands - we'll use them as decorations and then every kid will get to take home least two.
